After a day on the sand, it is important your tyres are pumped up when you hit the road. There are two main reasons are your tyres should be pumped on the main road. Firstly, the right tyre pressure gives you more tread. Tyres that don’t have enough air tend to have a smaller tread pattern, meaning they are less reactive when you use the accelerator or break giving you less control over vehicle. Secondly, the proper tyre pressure is designed to give you the most wear out of your tyres on the bitumen road. Be safe, and invest in a compressor!
